Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule; late payments may incur penalties.

No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered, except in cases of billing errors by Prime Medicos.

Limitation of Liability

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with a [30/60]-day written notice.

Outstanding invoices must be cleared before service termination.

Breach of contract or non-compliance with policies may result in immediate termination.

Amendments & Updates

Prime Medicos reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary.
